Welcome to First State Orthopaedics on the web. Fifteen physicians are trained on orthopaedic surgery and two in pain management/rehabilitation. We provide both surgical and nonsurgical treatment of orthopaedic illnesses and injuries and are specially trained in the current state-of-the-art techniques.

Our physicians are well-published in the journal literature and are on the teaching staffs at both Christiana Care and the University of Delaware. Our physicians have also been recognized by their colleagues with Top Doc awards in Delaware Today.

We serve as team orthopaedists for over 20 high schools, Goldey Beacom College, Wilmington College, and many local recreational and competitive leagues.

We serve Christiana, Wilmington, and St. Francis hospitals in addition to most local ambulatory surgery centers. We are available to all the local emergency centers for consultation and emergency treatment.
